  • Entry fee is $100

  • Entry fee includes coffee and donuts, green fee, cart, bucket of balls, door prizes, on course contests, complimentary goody bag and box lunch.

  • Awards presentation, door prizes and raffle will follow play in the Ledges club house.

  • Application is required before September 1 or until the full field is reached.

  • Prizes include two hole in one awards: a car from Wade Auto Center and a motorcycle from Zion Harley-Davidson

  • Enter as an individual, couple or foursome.

  • Individuals and couples will be assigned to a team.

  • If you are entering as a team, you may mail one entry form for the entire team with fees.  Or, team members may mail separate entry forms and checks but they must indicate the names of the other golfers on their team on the entry form.

  • Registration begins at 7:00 am with a 8:30 am shotgun start-foursome scramble format.
